*75' Silver XTreme sleeps 15, but Coast Guard regulations stipulate that no more than 12 people be on board while boat is in motion.

Start & Return Time
Houseboat boarding is between 8AM & 10AM on the trip's start date and houseboats are due back by 3PM on their date of return. For example, a 3-day rental beginning Friday would be due back by 3PM on Sunday.

Reservation Deposit
A first day's rental deposit, prior to any applicable discounts or promotions, is required to confirm your reservation if made before 45 days from departure date, and will be applied directly toward the rental rate. A rental term is generally a minimum of 2 days depending on boat model and season. Some models are only available for a 3 or 7-day minimum.

Early Boarding Option
Take command of your houseboat the evening before departure by selecting the "Early Board" option when available. You'll spend the first night on the boat at the marina - with the opportunity to be one of the first out on the lake in the morning after your orientation.

Trip Cancellation Protection
Plans change. Emergencies happen. Trip Cancellation Protection is a valuable option for groups that may need to make last-minute changes to their reservations. This option protects your vacation investment in case of an emergency resulting in the cancellation of your rental.

When you purchase this protection, your houseboat deposit and rental payment become fully refundable if you cancel your trip due to an emergency, whether it is for medical, professional or personal reasons.

Trip Cancellation may only be purchased 45+ days prior to the start of your trip.

Trip Cancellation Protection is not available inside of 45 days from arrival at the marina and cannot be canceled or transferred once purchased. If your reservation dates change, and Trip Cancellation Protection has been purchased, this protection cannot be applied to the new reservation within 45 days of your trip.

Powerboat, Fishing Boat & PWC Rental Rates

Callville Bay Marina offers daily and hourly rentals of ski or fishing boats, personal watercraft, paddle craft and water toys - all on the water and ready to go.

Rental packages are available with most houseboat trips when reserved at the same time.

*Hourly rental rates are available on select watercraft only. Half-day rates may also be available. Weekly and multi-day rates are based on availability and are subject to advance reservations.

Equipment packages available for rental include: Ski packages, Wakeboard packages, Kneeboard packages or Tube packages. The packages include the water toy, flag, vest and rope for $20/day plus tax.

All rentals are subject to weather conditions. There is a two hour minimum on all rentals. Renter is responsible for fuel/oil, tax and optional damage waiver.

Prices do not include fuel, optional damage waiver, oil or sales tax. Renters must be 21 years of age or older and present a valid automobile driver's license. If born after 1983, you must present a boaters safety card. Click on the Boat Nevada website link below for more information.

Rates stated on this page are subject to final approval by the National Park Service (NPS), or specific governing agency.

Note: Should the final rate approved by the NPS or governing agency be higher than your confirmed rate, your confirmed rate will take precedence and be honored. If the final NPS or governing agency approved rate is less than your confirmed rate, your rate will be adjusted downward to the actual rate approved.

Callville RV Park & Campground

Callville Bay RV Park
For those who enjoy RV camping, the RV Park at Callville Bay Resort & Marina is a perfect location for enjoying the lake and all its recreational activities. Five full hook-up spaces are available for rental in Trailer Village for $22.00 a night, including all applicable taxes. For more information on the RV Park, please call 702-565-8958.

Callville Bay Campground
The Callville Bay campground is operated and maintained by the National Park Service and offers 80 sites with restrooms, running water, dump stations, grills, picnic tables and shade. The campground is open all year around. RV's, trailers and tents welcome.

Campground fees are $10 per site ($5.00 with Golden Age and Golden Access passes) and are payable immediately upon occupying a campsite. Fees are posted at the entrance to the campground. Sites are available on a first-come, first-served basis. There are no reservations. Check-out time is noon. Please call 702-293-8990 for more information.

Lakeside Dining, Shopping & Catering

Lounge
Enjoy a game of pool with your favorite drink while overlooking the Bay at The Fountain Site Lounge where you can relax in the air conditioning after a day on the lake. Lounge hours vary, please contact the marina for times during your visit.

Food in the lounge
The snack bar offers breakfast, tasty grilled sandwiches and a variety of snacks.

Catering
For special occasions, our staff will prepare a catered meal for you to enjoy by the lake with your friends, family or co-workers. Please call Callville Bay Resort and Marina's office at 702-565-8958 and ask for the Food and Beverage Manager and they will personally coordinate the arrangements for your private party.

Gift Store
The Callville Bay's Gift Store offers a wonderful selection of memorabilia, clothing, souvenirs and convenience items whether shopping for yourself or picking up last minute items for the lake.

Fishing Licenses
Fishing Licenses are available for purchase at the gift store.
Nevada Department of Wildlife now requires social security numbers for all persons, including minor children, who wish to purchase a fishing license.
